Hi Team!
Wow! What a fantastic meal you guys put on for us! Everything was so fresh and tasty. our attendees were overwhelmed with the quality and how much there was to choose from, including your desserts. Certainly "bang for ya buck" so to speak. People were surprised at the cost per head, as the food was outstanding.
I had one conversation with a guy in which he attended a function, held by a one of New Zealands largest companies, and the price per head was double, and the food they put on was well below your standard. That in itself is a true credit to your team.
Thank you very much for catering for our event, and we will not hesitate in recommending you to anyone, along with using you again. I must also mention, dealing with you guys is t"top notch". Nothing was a hassle, with menu choices to payment to even number changes within one week of the event. This sure made things a lot easier for the only two committee members!!

Dear Southern Spit Roast & BBQ Catering.
We would just like to say a huge thanks to Southern Spit BBQ for your wonderful catering at our sons wedding last Saturday 21March.
Nothing was a problem to you , driving to Morrinsville to our farm , driving your van into the paddock to the shed (wedding venue), asking for nothing as you were all self sufficient which made it so easy for us not having to
provide a kitchen for you to work out of or even the fact that you didn't need power. A huge thanks to your two wonderful workers Carol and Shania who just set up quietly and efficiently, nothing was a problem to them.
They were so friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face. The clean up just seemed to happen and they packed all the left overs up for us to keep plus we had no dirty dishes to wash. And lastly , the food.Well, that was awesome, we had so many comments on it . It impressed our overseas guests and just hit the right spot for all the farming quests , plus a great selection for the young ones.
So once again a huge thank you from all of us.
