The Management Team:
Graham and Phillip Corse-Scott have been operating Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Co since 1998. Graham originally launched the company from his Papakura restaurant in the early nineties and the business has been booming ever since. "We can cater up to 20 functions and events every day, so we can accommodate almost everyone and we travel virtually everywhere." Southern Spit Roast operates out of an A Grade commercial kitchen in Takanini and satellite kitchen in Hamilton for our Waikato clients.
Graham has been in the restaurant game for years and has been offering catering services for over 35 years. He was the first catering contractor to the Napier Cosmopolitan Club in the Early eighties followed by 10 years operating La Rhone Restaurant in Te Awamutu. On moving back into the Auckland area, Graham set up Chantelle's Restaurant in Papakura and for the past 15 years has been running Southern Spit Roast & BBQ Catering Co. Phillip Corse-Scott has been with the company from the start after finishing his professional chef training at Kermadec Ocean Fresh Restaurant in Auckland’s waterfront, he was the Sous Chef at Pinetress Lodge on Lord Howe Island and also worked at Ravesi's restaurant in the heart of Bondi beach.
