We held an Engagement Party at the French Bay Yacht Club on Sunday the 4th of May. We had booked for 60 people but had more turned up that our guests kindly thought they would be bring along. I had been suffering from the influenza all week and was very stressed because had never orgainised anything on such a larger scale.
I was so anxious about the quantity of food that I could not have courage to go near the table all night in case I saw empty plates.
As it eventually proved that there was more than enough food and everyone complimented that there was ample amount of superb food.
Even we had sufficient left over to have another family mealtime the next day.
The young team member also lent me a cutting board and knife to cut up the lemons, which my daughter was supposed to bring but forgot to bring.
I have had endless compliments on what a lovely feast it was from all our guests.
We are seriously considering hiring you again for our wedding next year.
You made the whole process cool and easy.
