This fantastic Wedding BBQ Catering Menu has a selection of three types of meat,  six salads, seafood options as extras and dessert if required. We do onsite catering in Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Hamilton, Coromandel, Taupo, Rotorua and Bay of Plenty, Matarangi, Whitianga and everywhere in between. You can also include pre dinner canapes while your guests arrive or mingle after your ceremony.

INCLUDES FREE UPGRADE to restaurant quality china crockery and stainless steel cutlery and linen tablecloths for the buffet tables.

  • BBQ prime-aged rump steak (GF)  
  • BBQ gourmet beef sausages (GF) 
  • BBQ Gourmet Beef Patties
  • BBQ Big Texas BBQ pork spare ribs
  • Spit Roasted honey soy buffalo chicken wings (GF)
  • Spit Roasted ham on the bone glazed and spit-roasted (GF)
  • Spit Roasted marinated chicken skewers:  Plain, satay, honey soy marinade (choose 1)
  • Vegetarian Patties (GF, DF) available on request

All meats that state BBQ, are barbequed onsite, weather dependent. If the weather is bad, meats will be cooked in our kitchen facilities and bought onsite and kept warm in our chaffing dishes.

Served with gourmet potatoes steam baked with a fresh minted glaze (GF) (Vegan) (V) 

Grilled onions and appropriate condiments.
