Wedding platters are a perfect addition to your wedding catering menu and offer your guests that special extra touch. While you are having your photo’s, our staff will hand the wedding platters around while your guest mingle.
Wedding Platter Menu Options
Choose 4 options per platter (minimum 40 people). Each platter serves 10 people.
- Pork dumplings skewers pan-fried with soy and sesame dressing
- Spring prawn roll with coriander chilli
- Blinis with smoked salmon fried capers and wasabi cream
- Regal salmon kababs with lemon and lime dressing (GF)
- Lantern vegetable dumplings deep fried with plum sauce
- Chicken dim sims skewer with Thai sweet chilli
- Feta and spinach roll angles
- Petit hash browns with tegal smoked chicken and hollandaise sauce (GF without hollandaise sauce)
- Crumbed mushroom and mozzarella risotto cake

- Baked date wrapped in bacon
- BBQ German frankfurters with maepiony dressing
- Phoenix savouries
- Phoenix sausage rolls
- Petite corn fritters with Portuguese peri peri
- Jalapeno corn chips with salsa dip

- Cucumber with falafel and mint dewinkel yoghurt
